Leveraging Emotional Intelligence: A short half-day introductory workshop for organisation teams and leaders to get acquainted with key concepts and benefits of emotional intelligence for individuals, teams and organizations. Focuses on emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. Sensitisation to the role of emotional intelligence in effective communication, cultivation of authentic relationships and creation of powerful coping strategies.

 

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: Customized, in-depth facilitation for mid and senior-level executives, those in leadership positions or mentoring/ supervising roles in large or medium-sized corporations, start-ups, not-for-profit or public organizations, entrepreneurs or family businesses. Offered in individual or small group formats, this is an opportunity to become more attuned to how you feel, what drives you, what may be holding you back and how you can engage others and connect with them in a more meaningful way. Beginning with insights from scientifically validated tools, we will work together to develop an action plan to integrate your emotional strengths in your work, relationships and well-being.
