Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

A structured, goal-oriented approach focused on current problems. Based on the premise that one's perception of a situation determines one's thoughts and emotions in response to it. Working through long-standing ways of perceiving the world is the key to personal growth.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Arts-Based Therapy

Uses the language of metaphors and media, drama, painting, music, to facilitate expression and healing without relying solely on verbal processing. Particularly useful when words are not enough.
